Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Once opened, the package cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (info@soinbagcare.com) with your order number and the reason for the return.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
